Ceapa rosie la borcan
















Ingrediente : 1 kg de ceapa rosie , 50 gr zahar , 250 ml. vin alb sec , 200 ml. otet , 1 lingura de sare , 50 gr stafide , 1 baston de scortisoara , foi de dafin.
